Combining automatic filter cleaning, high-efficiency filtration and contamination-free dust collection, it provides reliable extraction for workshops and industrial environments generating large volumes of fumes and airborne particles.

Suitable for MIG/MAG, MMA and appropriate laser processes, the MaxiFil Clean helps control hazardous fumes at source while reducing filter maintenance and improving day-to-day operational efficiency.

Built for demanding industrial applications, the MaxiFil Clean features an automatic self-cleaning filter system that maintains effective extraction performance during prolonged operation.

Its advanced filtration technology achieves a particle separation efficiency of at least 99.9%, while the automatic cleaning process helps extend filter service life and reduce ongoing maintenance requirements.

Collected dust is transferred into a dedicated disposal system, allowing safer, contamination-reduced handling without unnecessary exposure to captured particles.

Flexible Extraction for Busy Workshops

The MaxiFil Clean combines a mobile design with powerful extraction performance, making it suitable for workshops where extraction requirements vary between workstations.

When equipped with an extraction arm, its 360-degree operating radius and flow-optimised extraction hood allow effective positioning close to the source of fumes, reducing the need for frequent adjustments during operation.

For more permanent installations, the unit can also be supplied for connection to suitable existing extraction ductwork.

Smart Monitoring with KEMPER Connect

The MaxiFil Clean can be upgraded with the optional KEMPER Connect Bridge, enabling integration with the KEMPER Connect IoT platform.
