Description
The Donaldson BOFA AD 2000 iQ is a high-capacity laser fume extraction system for demanding production environments. It combines multi-stage filtration with automatic airflow control and real-time monitoring to help you manage extraction performance and filter maintenance.
Designed for laser cutting, engraving, welding, selective laser sintering and selective laser melting, the AD 2000 iQ offers flexibility for different extraction installations and exhaust configurations.
Real-time performance monitoring
The integrated iQ operating system displays airflow readings and individual filter status on a high-contrast screen. USB diagnostics provide access to system data to support troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
Multi-stage filtration
DeepPleat DUO pre-filters capture particulate before it reaches the HEPA filters. Their integrated drop-out chambers work with reverse flow air technology to separate larger particles, helping reduce loading on the filter media.
HEPA filtration captures fine particles that pass through the pre-filter stage, while activated carbon filtration targets gaseous contaminants and odours.
Automatic airflow control
Set the airflow required for your application and the system adjusts to help maintain it as the filters load.
